Job summary

King County is seeking a Wastewater Construction Management IV - Project Representative to lead major capital projects, oversee contract performance, and coordinate multidiscipline teams in a hybrid work environment.

You will manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk, while ensuring QA/QC, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires strong communication and collaboration across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field OR equivalent education and 5 years of construction management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs and provide comments to PMs/engineers.
• Knowledge of construction laws, ordinances, policy and contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Administer overall implementation phase on WTD capital improvement program construction DBB/DB-GCCM contracts as Owner Representative.
• Coordinate and lead matrixed CIP teams including operations, engineering, permitting, environmental, and project controls.
• Ensure compliance with plans/specs; manage scopes, schedules, budget, risk, communications; implement QA/QC and start-up/testing plans; resolve issues.
