Job summary

Green Bay Dressed Beef, LLC., an American Foods Group Company, is hiring for a Waste Water I at our Green Bay, WI plant. The role involves monitoring and adjusting chemical dosing, conducting pH testing, maintaining logs, and ensuring safe operation around equipment.

Requirements include 18+ years, ability to work US-wide without sponsorship, and willingness to work varying shifts with overtime. Training in SQF, GMPs, HACCP and related SOPs is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to work in varied temperatures and around moving equipment with PPE.
• Ability to complete training in Safety, SQF, GMPs, HACCP, SOPs, Food defense, Lock out/Tag out, Chemical handling.
• Overtime availability Monday through Saturday based on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily oiling and greasing for equipment efficiency.
• Take daily chemical drawdowns and conduct jar tests for chemical dosage.
• Calibrate probes and document pH levels.
• Scrub, wash, and rinse tankers using water and chemicals.
• Monitor DAf device flow and adjust chemistry and air as needed.
• Inspect pumps and ensure proper output.
• Oversee chemical delivery to WWTP and Sanimax with safety adherence.
• Move fat combos with pallet jack and maintain pit levels.
• Complete required logs (DAF, pH, chemical, water quality).
• This role may include other related duties as needed.
