Job summary

Green Bay Dressed Beef, LLC (Acme Street) an American Foods Group company is seeking a QA Technician at our Acme Street plant to perform daily rotation of temperatures, weights, sampling and grade changes, and to inspect finished products for conformance.

The role requires accurate paperwork, compliance with GMPs, SSOPs and HACCP, interaction with USDA, and the ability to work extended hours in a fast-paced beef processing environment with a focus on food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work in varied temperatures and around moving equipment with PPE.
• Must communicate in English and complete required written documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily rotation of tasks such as temperatures, weights, sampling, and grade changes.
• Review and complete GMP/SSOP/SOP paperwork accurately.
• Monitor and enforce food safety and quality procedures on the floor.
• Conduct line inspections and ensure conformance to specifications.
• Interact with USDA as needed and document findings.
