Job summary

Green Bay Dressed Beef, LLC, an American Foods Group Company, is hiring a QA Technician at our Acme Street plant in Green Bay, WI. You will perform daily QA tasks, review GMP/SOP/SSOP documentation, and ensure compliance with all food safety procedures on the floor.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong English communication, and the ability to work varied shifts with overtime. Training in SQF, GMPs, HACCP and SOPs is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to work in varied temperatures and with PPE.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent English communication (speaking, reading, writing) with SOPs and HACCP documentation.
• Able to work extended hours Monday–Saturday with overtime as production requires.
• Must complete Safety, SQF, GMPs, HACCP, SOPs, and Food defense training.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily rotation of tasks (temperatures, weights, sampling, and grade changes).
• Review GMP/SSOP/SOP paperwork and ensure accuracy.
• Conduct pre-op, condensation swabs, and inspections on the floor.
• Monitor and enforce food safety and quality procedures; report deficiencies.
• Perform line and finished product inspections for conformance to specs.
• Collect samples for lab analysis and interact with USDA as needed.
• Interpret test results, document findings, and recommend corrective action.
• Perform strength level 3 work; may perform other related duties.
