Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to install, troubleshoot, clean, inspect, and maintain mechanical equipment across the facility. The role involves responding to after-hours emergencies, completing work orders, and documenting key information for CMMS records.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot equipment, diagnose problems, operate forklifts and other mobile equipment, and perform preventative maintenance while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of mechanical/machinery maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with CMMS software (Tabware) is a plus.
• Proficient in welding and fabricating.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and complete work-orders; document actions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs around facility.
• Operate mobile equipment (forklifts, manlifts, skid steers).
• Identify safety hazards and ensure PPE usage.
