Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to install, troubleshoot, clean, inspect, and maintain mechanical equipment across the facility in a safe, professional manner. The role includes on-call emergency responses, work-order execution, and documenting critical information for operational reliability.

Responsibilities cover troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, operating mobile equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (GED) required.
• Technical school training preferred.
• 4–6 years of mechanical experience in a construction/industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and complete work orders and requisitions; document information.
• Use CMMS software (Tabware) effectively.
• Work overtime and be on call for emergencies.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems.
• Operate forklifts, manlifts, loaders and other mobile equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs around the facility.
• Identify and repair safety hazards; enforce PPE and safety rules.
• Lead small projects as assigned by leads or managers.
• Communicate clearly using radio/intercom or face-to-face.
