Job summary

SECURE, headquartered with operations spanning Canada and the United States, seeks an Operations Supervisor in Stanley, ND. You will lead daily waste processing activities, oversee a team of operators, and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards while aligning with SECURE’s purpose and values.

You will develop training, conduct performance reviews, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have Grade 12 or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and pre-employment testing.
• Minimum 5 years in waste processing or related field.
• Valid industry safety tickets.
• Proficient with MS Office and Power BI tool suite.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and supervise staff.
• Provide clear expectations and coach operators toward high performance.
• Conduct progress reviews and provide timely feedback.
• Be available for after-hours support and issue resolution.
• Promote SECURE’s safety culture and training programs.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and regularly updated.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and customer service standards.
