Job summary

SECURE is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Stanley, ND to lead daily waste processing operations with a strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and team development.

You will oversee training, performance reviews, and performance improvement while ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. This full-time role requires a proactive, detail-oriented leader who can operate in a fast-paced setting and foster SECURE’s safety culture.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or GED; valid driver’s license and pre-employment testing.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in waste processing, oil treating, water injection, landfills, or related field.
• Valid industry safety tickets.
• Proficient with company applications and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to lead, make decisions, and operate in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and frontline staff while upholding SECURE’s safety culture.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to operators.
• Oversee training, supervision, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement SOPs; ensure adherence through coaching and oversight.
• Collaborate with Facility Managers and support teams to share best practices.
• Support Facility Manager and take delegation duties when needed.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
