Responsibilities

• Set team goals for performance and deadlines; monitor productivity.
• Organize workflow and clarify duties.
• Announce important information from upper management to employees.
• Maintain timekeeping and review timecards.
• Receive escalated complaints and resolve difficult problems.
• Verify adherence to legal and company policies and procedures; complete disciplinary actions if needed.
• Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
• May establish new techniques to ensure the team meets objectives.
• Has a direct impact on team objectives and related teams.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values; help build consensus.
