Job summary

GrayMar Environmental Services seeks a Waste Coordinator to manage day-to-day waste operations across assigned branches, reporting to the General Manager. You will collaborate with the Waste Services Manager/Director and cross-functional teams to ensure safe and compliant waste handling, including DOT and regulatory adherence.

This role requires knowledge of waste management practices, generator status, and proper documentation, with growth opportunities within a nationally expanding company

Qualifications

• Safety-focused and able to work independently or on a team.
• Familiarity with 49CFR 171 and 40 CFR 265 requirements.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and RCRA regulations for hazardous waste handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day waste management at assigned branches.
• Coordinate with Waste Services Manager/Director and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure activities are compliant with local, state, and federal agencies.
