Job summary

Waste Pro USA is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee collection and disposal operations, lead high-performing teams, and ensure service commitments and performance goals are consistently met.

You will coordinate scheduling, monitor safety and regulatory compliance, manage budgets and KPIs, and develop staff through training, coaching and discipline to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction across facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations management experience in waste, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team development能力 (Chinese char included?)

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day transportation, hauling, and support operations with emphasis on safety and service quality.
• Monitors operating metrics, drives process improvements, and manages budgets and resources.
• Leads performance reviews, coaching, and discipline; collaborates with management for staffing decisions.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with DOT/OSHA standards and company safety programs.
