Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Waste Coordinator in Livermore, CA to support planning and coordination of waste management activities within the Waste Management function. You will assist with waste removal, recycling, treatment, and regulated waste handling processes, following established SOPs.

Responsibilities include ensuring shipments comply with federal, state, and local regulations; reviewing documents; managing waste profiles; maintaining records; and delivering tasks under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Up to 2 years of related work experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to follow basic procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate waste management activities in line with regulations.
• Receive and manage inbound orders for regulated waste.
• Review shipping documents, waste profiles, labels, and markings.
• Submit waste stream profiles for approval and maintain records.
• Maintain accurate waste shipment records and prepare outbound shipments.
• Follow SOPs and complete tasks under supervision.
