Job summary

CBRE GWS is seeking a Waste Management Operative to lead daily waste management activities and ensure contract compliance on site. You will manage SAP work orders for service deliverables and coordinate waste collection across multiple streams at identified points, while maintaining yard areas and equipment movement.

The role requires daily completion of tasks and responsive handling of reactive work orders to keep operations compliant and efficient.

Qualifications

• Daily lead on waste management and contract compliance.
• Maintain documentation to meet CBRE audit requirements.
• Coordinate and ensure prompt completion of SAP work orders for service deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Collect various waste streams (paper, plastic, cardboard, glass, DMR, WEE) from identified points around site.
• Oversee B25 waste yard, housekeeping, skip and compactor movements.
• Perform reactive Concept tasks as needed on a daily basis.
