WIN Waste Innovations is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator for safe operation at a recycling facility, landfill, or transfer station. You will perform inspections, operate equipment, monitor waste quality, and document minor maintenance to minimize downtime.

Qualificações

• Two years prior related experience in heavy equipment operation.
• Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Ability to follow policies and safety standards and work schedule.
• Pride in work and reliability in completing responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment per policy.
• Safely operate forklift, excavator, bulldozer, loader and other equipment.
• Monitor waste materials for unacceptable items.
• Document minor service and report major repairs.
• Complete Equipment Condition Reports and safety compliance records.
• Maintain a clean, serviced shop area at shift end.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
