WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator in Stoughton, MA. You will safely operate heavy machinery at recycling facilities, landfills, or transfer stations, performing pre/post inspections, monitoring waste quality, and assisting with minor maintenance.

Qualifikationen

• Two years prior related experience in heavy equipment operation.
• Good time management to ensure responsibilities are completed safely and efficiently.
• Ability to adhere to company policies and safety standards.

Aufgaben

• Perform pre- and post-operation inspection of equipment.
• Safely operate equipment including forklift, excavator, bulldozer, front-end loader and other equipment.
• Monitor waste for evidence of unacceptable waste in materials.
• Perform and document minor service on equipment and report repairs.
• Follow all safety policies and keep shop clean and organized after each shift.
