Colorado State University is seeking a team member for the CSU Compost Site to assist in the collection, delivery, and processing of compostable material. The role runs 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime, and includes vehicle operation and basic maintenance.

The position requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift heavy objects, and may require obtaining a Colorado CDL within 6 months of hire. CSU provides full benefits.

Qualifications

• Current valid driver's license must be attached to the application.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and up to 50 lbs frequently.
• CDL must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assist compost operations: collect, deliver to site, and support in-vessel and windrow operations.
• Maintain compost site, bins, and equipment cleaning/maintenance as needed.
• Operate and perform minor maintenance on trucks and related vehicles (11050 GVW Cube Van and ¾ ton pickup).
