Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in waste collection/disposal or field service operations.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily performance and operations of the Waste Collection Division.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee projects within budget.
• Develop training programs to improve equipment operation and collection methods.
• Coordinate with other divisions and respond to citizen inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve issues impacting operations and resource allocation.
