A leading waste management company is seeking reliable Driver Helpers to join their solid waste collection team in Nanticoke, PA. The position involves assisting the truck driver with navigation, providing customer service, and collecting waste and recycling from curbsides. Candidates should be able to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 75 pounds and working outdoors in various weather conditions. This full-time role also offers potential extra hours and an attendance bonus.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, lift and carry for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Ability to work outside in all types of weather.
• Requires constant lifting, walking and climbing onto and off of truck.
• Must be able to ride on the rear step of the truck while in motion.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver to safely navigate the truck.
• Provide frontline customer service.
• Collect curbside waste and/or recycling efficiently.
