Description

Our Berks Division is looking for reliable and dependable Driver Helpers to play a critical role on the solid waste collection team. The position requires you to ride on the back of a trash truck and perform several essential roles, such as assisting the driver to safely navigate the truck and collect curbside waste and/or recycling in a safe and efficient manner.

Additional earnings are available through extra work and solo routes

Compensation:

• $130.00 per day when all incentive-based criteria has been met
• $50.00 per week attendance bonus
