Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate with others.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform duties with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collect solid waste/recyclables from customer premises or curbside.
• Load waste into the truck and assist with compacting.
• Assist driver with safe vehicle operation and backing in tight spaces.
• Identify prohibited items and notify the driver.
• Maintain safety checks and wear PPE at all times.
