Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Washington to provide telehealth care during evenings and weekends. You’ll join a clinician-led team offering flexible scheduling and a full support package to focus on patient care.

This W2 role supports credentialing, billing, and marketing, with a goal of building a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing and maintaining high-quality, measurable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Washington - LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 10 sessions with 15 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate - we're building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care to our clients
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
• Maintain flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET
