Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth care to clients nationwide from Washington. You must be independently licensed (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD) and able to offer a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours weekly.

You will join a clinician-led team focused on measurable progress, with robust telehealth and EHR tools and strong peer support. We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling and marketing, plus orientation and training.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Washington— LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist).
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly.
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors.
