Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Washington, DC evenings and weekends. Independently licensed in DC with LPC, LMFT, LICSW, or PhD, you will maintain 15 hours weekly availability and conduct sessions through a secure telehealth platform. We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and training, helping you build a full caseload within 90 days.

The role offers flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed clinicians in Washington, DC (LPC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD)
• Must maintain consistent availability for a minimum 10 sessions with 15 hours per week
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth and using EHR tools
• Collaborative team member in a clinical community

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients in Washington, DC
• Offer evidence-based care across a variety of client types including couples and children
• Maintain measurable progress for clients and document using EHR tools
