Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth mental health services to clients in Washington. You will join a clinician-led team and work within a nationwide hybrid care model.

Eligible candidates are independently licensed in WA (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW/PhD) and available for at least 15 sessions per week plus 20 hours of availability, with proficiency in telehealth and EHR tools. Options for paid orientation and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• WA licensed clinician required.
• Minimum 15 sessions with 20 hours weekly.
• Open to treating couples and children.
• Proficiency with telehealth and EHR tools.
• Able to build a full caseload within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care to clients in WA.
• Maintain measurable progress for clients.
• Collaborate with clinical team and adhere to Thriveworks processes.
