K9s For Warriors in Florida is seeking a Warrior Relations Assistant Manager to help oversee daily operations of the Warrior Relations team, ensuring a high-quality experience for applicants and Future Warriors. You will mentor team members and serve as a senior point of contact for complex cases.

This role drives operational effectiveness, supports performance, coordinates with related departments, and helps align programs with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or managing individuals, teams, projects, and initiatives.
• Experience working with Veteran Service Organizations and the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding, training, mentoring new team members, and contributing to team development.
• Support the Warrior Relations Manager in managing team priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated communication and program goals.
• Review Warrior application files and provide recommendations for approval or disapproval.
• Oversee documentation and data integrity across systems.
• Identify process gaps and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
