As a Warranty Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain swimming pools and equipment to ensure customer satisfaction. A keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a background in swimming pool service or construction are essential. We also provide a company vehicle!

The Role:

As our Warranty Tech, you'll ensure every pool dazzles and every customer is happy. You'll evaluate warranty claims, resolve onsite issues, and perform repairs with the Jacksonville team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Inspect & Report: Manage claims, visit sites, and prepare reports.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with scheduling and customers.
• Quality Control: Oversee pool installation phases, document with photos, and ensure inspections are complete.
• Customer Communication: Keep customers informed and address their questions.
• Coordination: Meet regularly with the Construction Manager to keep projects on track.
• Pre-Construction Support: Assist in pre-site evaluations with Design Consultants and Sales.
• Safety: Promote and enforce safety protocols on job sites.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate construction files and permits.
• Flexibility: Be prepared to support other projects and tasks.
