Job summary

NT Window Inc. is seeking a Warranty Service Supervisor to manage the warranty process and handle all customer claims. You will ensure a positive customer experience and resolve issues professionally.

You will serve as the primary contact for claims, coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams, maintain records, and generate reports to identify trends and quality concerns.

The warranty service supervisor is responsible for managing the warranty service process and for all customer claims. They ensure that customers have a positive experience with their warranty, resolving any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.

• Serve as primary point of contact for all warranty claims, inquiries, concerns, and product replacements

• Investigate claims thoroughly, working with customers, vendors and internal teams as needed


• Maintain accurate recordkeeping of all claims, including status, outcome and associated costs

• Work with the Quality Control team to identify potential manufacturing defects


• Additional assignments as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems


• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and coworkers


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Associate's degree of higher


• Previous experience in warranty administration or claims processing


• Working knowledge of windows


• Bilingual - Fluency in Spanish or other language a plus


• Servant leadership approach to all duties and responsibilities

Working Conditions

• Works in a production office environment primarily, some plant or field visits required occasionally
