Douron, Inc. is seeking a Warranty Coordinator to support clients, coworkers, and vendors, ensuring seamless solutions for product issues and warranty claims. You will troubleshoot concerns, process replacements or repairs, and assist Account Executives in maintaining external relationships.

The role emphasizes strong communication, promptness, and thoroughness, with on-site office work and collaboration across departments to resolve cases efficiently.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3+ years in customer service; experience in commercial furnishings preferred.
• Knowledge/skills: Proficient in MS Office; strong communication; able to work on-site; dependable and organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer, vendor, and internal support to resolve product issues and process warranty claims.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely orders, deliveries, or installations as applicable.
• Enter warranty claims and coordinate replacement products using company software.
• Maintain logs and records in ERP system; respond to inquiries via email, phone, or web.
