Qualifications

• Previous dealership, service department, warranty, BDC, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong phone skills, a professional and welcoming manner, and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and learn dealership systems, manufacturer portals, and scheduling tools.
• Dependable follow through and ability to collaborate with service, parts, sales, and accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Warranty: review warranty repair orders, ensure completeness and compliance, and track claims.
• Coordinate service appointments with service advisors, technicians, and parts staff.
• Answer service inquiries by phone, email, and other channels; schedule and follow up on appointments.
• Front desk coverage: greet customers, take messages, and assist with light receptionist duties.
