Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in warranty administration, parts operations, quality, logistics, or automotive service.
• Experience with warranty claims systems (AS400 and SAP).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Warranty Parts Return Operations: manage daily warranty parts return activities and workflows.
• Quality and Failure Analysis Support: collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Technical Service teams on investigations.
• Dealer and Customer Support: guide dealers and service personnel on return procedures and documentation.
• Logistics and Compliance: coordinate with carriers to ensure timely movement and compliance with regulations.
• Reporting and Continuous Improvement: prepare dashboards and identify process improvements.
