Rexroth in North America is seeking a driven Warranty & Repair Co-Op to join our Service Operations team. You will bridge enterprise systems with hands-on shop floor execution and support SAP, SOCOS, lean 5S, and quality systems improvements.

The role offers exposure to ERP workflows, continuous improvement projects, and the opportunity to develop modular training plans and standardized documentation under supervision.

Qualificações

• Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Preferred majors: Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Other technical disciplines would be considered, based on additional skills/qualifications and prior work experience.
• Analytical aptitude with proficiency in data manipulation and modeling using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup formulas, data validation).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to interface comfortably between shop floor technicians, specialists, and management.
• Self-starter mindset with demonstrated interest in continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean, 5S).

Responsabilidades

• Time Reclassification: Audit and update labor activity types for cost allocation.
• Planned vs. Actual Alignment: Time studies and variance analyses across repair stages.
• Quoting Procedure Development: Improve repair quotation process and tools.
• Skills Categorization: Map technician competencies to material groups.
• Competency Matrix Expansion: Develop modular training plans and online modules.
• Standardized Inspection Documentation: Create structured inspection guides.
• Shared File Folder Restructuring: Improve document repository.
