Job summary

PHINIA Delphi USA LLC in Troy, MI is seeking a Quality Administrator at our aftermarket remanufacturing plant. You will support warranty management systems, evaluate field performance, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams on field issue resolution.

The role focuses on data‑driven analysis, rapid containment, and corrective actions using 8D and related methods. Strong problem‑solving, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years manufacturing experience with focus on quality and warranty
• Experience with warranty returns and field failure analysis
• Strong problem solving using 8D, A3 and root-cause methodologies
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor warranty and field performance; evaluate debits and negotiate with customers
• Log warranty claims and manage end-to-end return process; document results
• Perform data-driven analyses to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Process Engineering and Product Engineering for root-cause and corrective actions
• Coordinate audits and ensure 5S and quality system compliance
• Support quality technician activities and broader quality initiatives
