Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Warranty Quality Engineering team on projects like returns evaluation and testing of returns.
• Read schematics, wiring documentation, and communication lines to device testing.
• Support test studies to identify root causes and ensure data quality in Warranty database.
• Assist in quality assurance activities, including audits and inspections to meet standards.
• Respond to customers promptly to close warranty claims.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify risks and develop countermeasures during production of returned products.
