Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of quality experience in automotive electronics.
• Experience with customer portals, scorecards, and concern resolution workflows.
• Lead multiple large, complex projects and demonstrate leadership skills.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949, CSR audits, and APQP/PPAP processes.
• Knowledge of AIAG core tools, GD&T, FMEA, control plans, and statistics.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between division and customers, ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain and improve the quality management system per IATF 16949 and CSR requirements.
• Lead audits, compliance reviews, and performance assessments with cross-functional teams.
• Identify quality risks and implement preventive measures with collaborative effort.
• Investigate root causes and coordinate corrective actions across manufacturing.
