Responsibilities

• Serve as a product development engineer responsible for 10-speed RWD propulsion systems and their integration into vehicle spaces.
• Take ownership of the transmission system and component warranty work, hand in hand with component engineers.
• Work as a team to improve part quality and increase the customer experience.
• Lead root cause investigations and follow-ups with assembly plants and service teams.
• Evaluate warranty trends and deep dive into field issues with design and release engineers, manufacturing, calibration, service and dealers.
• Work with Powertrain Manufacturing and Vehicle Assembly Plants on manufacturing-related improvement actions.
