• 5–10 years of automotive warranty/quality engineering or failure analysis experience.
• Ability to read CAD drawings and engineering specs.

Responsibilities

• Perform warranty part analysis and failure investigations on returned components.
• Conduct root cause analysis using 8D, Fishbone, 5 Why, FMEA, and fault tree methods.
• Analyze transmission and driveline components and support disposition activities.
• Collaborate with design, supplier quality, manufacturing and service teams to drive actions.
