You will coordinate with OEMs and internal teams to resolve component-related failures and track warranty trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of quality/warranty engineering experience preferred.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, 8D and problem-solving tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate warranty reviews with customers and internal teams.
• Develop and track corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain warranty databases and generate KPI reports.
• Support launch activities and lessons learned from warranty data.
