Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service or warranty administration experience.
• Experience with an ERP or order-management system; Fishbowl helpful but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• High school diploma; additional education or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process dealer and customer warranty claims from intake through resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for dealer parts requests and order inquiries by phone and email.
• Track open claims to resolution and coordinate shipments.
• Print/process sales orders, generate invoices, and prepare shipping labels.
• Maintain accurate records and identify part-naming inconsistencies.
