Job summary

BorgWarner Arden campus in Western North Carolina seeks a Warranty Supervisor to own warranty performance, analyze field failures, and drive cost reductions. You'll lead cross‑functional teams across Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Supply Chain to identify trends and implement action plans that prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in automotive quality, warranty, or related field.
• Knowledge of root-cause analysis and 8D problem solving.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant warranty management and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Analyze warranty claims, field failures and service data to identify risks.
• Drive corrective actions to reduce warranty exposure and costs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and sustain preventive actions.
• Support customer visits and warranty reviews.
