Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Warranty Investigator to protect the company’s interests by managing warranty claims from intake through resolution. The role requires frequent field investigations, cross-functional coordination, and expertise in Elevate/GenFlex roofing systems.

Ideal candidates have extensive roofing/construction knowledge, strong communication, and a track record in warranty or technical services. Travel is required; a remote-work setup supports field work nationwide.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive roofing or commercial construction experience.
• Deep understanding of construction practices, especially Elevate/GenFlex roofing systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle difficult conversations.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly for field investigations.
• 2+ years of dedicated Warranty Claims or Technical Services experience.
• Proven experience reviewing repair quotes and coordinating with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Protect Amrize by managing warranty claims from receipt to resolution.
• Analyze data from all sources to determine claim validity and response.
• Develop Amrize’s position, determine repairs, and communicate with relevant parties.
• Review repair quotes, identify contractors, and process orders and invoices.
• Maintain clear documentation and project management across a diverse docket.
• Travel for field investigations to analyze roofing systems and components.
