Job summary

Amrize Building Envelope is seeking a Field Technical Representative to work remotely within the Central Oklahoma territory, supporting warranty/technical services. The role involves field inspections, training roofing professionals on Elevate, GenFlex, and Gaco products, and providing on-site technical construction assistance to architects and installers.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage projects, timelines and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or architecture is preferred.
• High school diploma with 10+ years of commercial roofing experience is acceptable.
• Active duty construction MOS experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers, sales reps and teammates on applying Elevate, GenFlex and Gaco products.
• Review installation deviations and make acceptance determinations within authority.
• Provide feedback on literature, specs and construction details for accuracy.
• Develop strong customer relationships and maintain customer confidence.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies in all environments.
• Document complex business needs and troubleshoot with internal/external customers.
• Define projects, set timelines, align resources and execute to deadlines.
• Investigate and troubleshoot roofing installation and product quality issues.
• Manage customer expectations throughout investigation and resolution.
