Job summary

Amrize is hiring a Quality Assurance Technical Representative for a fully remote role based in Texas, ideally Dallas–Fort Worth. The position supports warranty and technical services for the Duro-Last line within the Amrize Building Envelope family.

Responsibilities include field inspections, leak investigations, and coordinating repairs, plus training contractors and educating customers on warranty requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor degree in Construction Management or Architecture, or 4 years active duty; or HS diploma with 4 years in construction.
• Field of Study Preferred: Construction
• Required Work Experience: Minimum 4 years in construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical inspections of commercial roofing applications for warranty coverage.
• Conduct leak investigations and perform small repairs to stop leaks.
• Assist in completing larger warranty repairs in the region.
• Train licensed roofing contractors in proper application techniques when needed.
• Educate customers on specifications for warranty installations.
• Develop strong customer relationships and maintain customer confidence.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies.
