Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process warranty repair orders and warranty documentation.
• Review repair orders for completeness, assign labor and failure codes, and process claims promptly.
• Track warranty claims, resolve issues with manufacturers, and monitor claim status.
• Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, parts returns, and required documentation.
• Support service cashier and answer calls as needed.
