Job summary

Infiniti of Tacoma is seeking a Service Warranty Administrator to own the warranty claims lifecycle within the busy service department. This role offers hands-on training, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to advance through manufacturer recall and warranty updates.

You will process and submit warranty claims, review orders for accuracy, reconcile receivables, and ensure fast customer service. A collaborative, detail-oriented approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with warranty claims processing, preferably Infiniti or automotive warranty programs.
• Strong understanding of warranty programs, repair order documentation, and service history.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit Infiniti warranty claims accurately, promptly, and per manufacturer guidelines.
• Review repair orders for proper documentation and assign labor operation codes based on notes.
• Reconcile warranty receivables with payments and maintain accuracy in the accounting schedule.
• Collaborate with the service department to deliver fast, courteous customer service.
• Follow up on outstanding claims and correct rejected claims for resubmission.
