Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate scheduling and track warranty claims within 7 days.
• Capable of homeowner orientations and periodic follow-ups.
• Strong communication with subcontractors to ensure quality and on-time completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Service Representative with scheduling, evaluating, and resolving warranty claims.
• Assist with completing warranty claims within 7 days.
• Hold subcontractors accountable for workmanship and completion of repairs.
• Manage CSI for assigned communities, including active and closed-out communities.
• Maintain a CSI score of 98% or above.
• Deliver homeowner orientations and follow-up visits at designated times.
