Daimler Truck North America is seeking a Warranty Analyst in Portland or Detroit to review and process warranty claims, analyze repair documentation, and collaborate with Service Engineering, dealerships, and internal teams to ensure accurate payments and timely resolution.

You will develop reports and dashboards, monitor KPIs, and help drive process improvements that improve customer uptime and ease of doing business.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree OR 4 years of warranty/analytics experience in lieu of degree.
• Basic understanding of DTNA vehicle components and operation.
• Ability to analyze information and problems within standardized procedures.

Responsabilités

• Review and process warranty claims by examining repair documentation and warranty policy requirements.
• Assist with warranty reviews by gathering claim information and technical data for issue identification.
• Collect and summarize warranty, operational, and business data for reporting and trend monitoring.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor warranty performance and trends.
• Support collaboration with Service Engineering, dealerships, suppliers and internal teams.
• Utilize BI and reporting tools to organize data and support decision-making.
• Assist with warranty claim reviews and supplier support activities through data collection and research.
• Maintain reporting tools and visualizations communicating warranty trends and performance.
• Support process improvements by tracking metrics and assisting with projects.
• Assist with communicating results to management and stakeholders.
