Job summary

MasTec Renewables seeks a Warranty Coordinator to support the warranty management team across multiple US locations. The role focuses on efficient claim resolution, document control, and coordination with field teams and procurement.

You will manage cost codes, purchase orders, and warranty trackers while maintaining client and vendor contact lists and supporting end-of-warranty activities. Banality and attention to detail are essential in this fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in administrative support; billing or construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all safety policies.
• Assist with material research and design retrieval
• Support coordination with field leaders for warranty items
• Generate SM Work orders and cost/tracking codes
• Maintain MasTec CE&I Warranty email and respond to inquiries
• Attend owner meetings and update warranty trackers
• Maintain client and vendor contacts lists
• Prepare End of Warranty assignments for major equipment
• Assist in cost recovery and billing support
• Prepare reports and presentations for warranty kickoff/handover
