Time Manufacturing Company is seeking a Warranty Coordinator to deliver world-class service for North American customers, dealers, and partners. The role reports to the Head of Quality and collaborates with Quality, Operations, and Parts to resolve warranty issues.

The position is on-site in Haslet, TX, with a Mon-Fri schedule, some travel, and potential overtime. A strong emphasis on communication and prioritization is essential.

Job Summary

The BrandFX Warranty Coordinator role is responsible for ensuring world‑class customer service and support for all North American customers, potential customers, vendors, dealers, partners, team members and anyone else contacting Time Manufacturing Company. The Warranty Coordinator is responsible for managing the overall health of the warranty department through documenting and then reporting issues, managing processes and documents, elevating customer service, and actively collaborating with the operations and commercial teams to resolve the customers’ issues and/or complaints. This role is challenging within a fast‑paced environment and will require strong emphasis on communication skills. The position will have additional responsibilities as listed below.
