Job summary

Prosper Ford in Prosper, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Clerk Assistant to support our Service Department. You will work closely with the Warranty Administrator, Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts team to ensure accurate, timely processing and submission of Ford warranty claims.

The ideal candidate has strong data-entry, organizational, and math skills, basic accounting knowledge, and familiarity with CDK DMS.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation are required.
• Basic math and data-entry skills for reconciling claims and receivables.
• Familiarity with dealership software (CDK DMS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing repair orders for completeness, accuracy, and documentation.
• Help prepare, code, and submit warranty claims to Ford per policy.
• Verify labor, parts, and codes before submission and track claim status.
