Kolar Automotive Group is seeking a Warranty Administrator for our in-office team in Duluth, MN. The role focuses on submitting and tracking manufacturer warranty claims while coordinating with service staff to ensure timely processing.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work well with others, and have Microsoft Office experience; general accounting knowledge is a plus. This is an in-person, full-time position in our dealership.

Qualificações

• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work well with others and be part of a team.
• Microsoft Office experience is required.
• General accounting knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Submit manufacturer warranty claims and follow up.
• Follow up on service contract claims.
• Maintain receivables schedules.
• Collaborate closely with technicians, service writers, and supervisors.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
